Dr. Day Gooch is the Vice President of Quality and Commercialization for The Vitamin Shoppe. He leads teams responsible for sourcing new manufacturers, strengthening the execution of working partners, guiding Scientific and Regulatory functions, and engaging with industry experts and associations throughout the Supplements industry.

Prior to joining The Vitamin Shoppe in 2016, Dr. Gooch served as the Senior Buyer for OTC, Health and Beauty for Sam’s Club. He has also served in various operational, human resources, and purchasing roles for Walmart.

Dr. Gooch holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arizona and a Master’s in Business Administration in Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix. He is a highly accomplished executive with proven success working with large and mid-size omni retailers and is best known for his ability to bring teams together and help them accomplish results around a simplified strategy.
