Iqbal Atcha started Atcha International Consulting in 2020 as a means of helping individuals advance their career. Having spent the past 20 years as a leader in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Education and Healthcare Operations, Iqbal wanted to teach others and simplify the processes by which individuals apply, promote, train, lead, and connect.
Iqbal is a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) and holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and 3 Distinguished Toastmasters (DTM) certifications. He is an Associate Professor at Midwestern University – Chicago College of Pharmacy and lectures regularly on business issues, career advancement and leadership development.
