Dr. Chad Overman is the Director of Vision Benefits for Delta Dental of Iowa. He helps payors recognize eyecare professionals as key partners in ensuring optimal patient outcomes and represents the needs and interests of the optometric profession with business leaders and association executives. He also serves as the Optometry Clinical Advisor for 20/20NOW, a telehealth company.

Dr. Overman earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry and has held various leadership roles with Walmart including Director of Professional Relations and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition – Health & Wellness. As a licensed optometrist and corporate executive, his knowledge, skills, and expertise span a multitude of specialties areas including practice management, budgeting, publishing, talent recruitment and professional relations.
