Dr. Charissa Lee is the Head of Professional Affairs for North America at Johnson & Johnson Vision. She serves on the North American Leadership Team and oversees J&J Vision Care’s support of Professional Advocacy, Education and Relations.

Dr. Lee joined first Johnson & Johnson Vision in 2014 as the Director of Education. Prior to this, she owned and operated a private practice in Irvine, California, spoke to doctors across the country as a Professional Affairs Consultant, and served as the Program Director at the Johnson & Johnson Institute.

Dr. Lee is a graduate of State University New York College of Optometry and recently completed her MBA from the University of Southern California – Marshall School of Business. She is also a proud member of the AOA and a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.
