Jennifer Alkhayat is the Clinical Field Operations Manager for Aspire Health. She leads a large team of palliative care providers comprised of physicians, Nurse practitioners, Physicians Assistants, and others across 8 states across the Northeast.

Jennifer is a life-long learner with a passion for compassionate care. She earned her Bachelor’s of Nursing degree from George Mason University, her Masters of Nursing degree from MaryMount University and is currently enrolled in the Doctorate of Nursing program at Aspen University.

Jennifer’s leadership experiences in palliative care span nearly 2 decades, having served as the President of Next Level Health and Director of Community Palliative Care for Compassus. Today, she employs the lessons she has learned to help her teams find a balance between professional satisfaction and personal happiness.
